Not every experience is appropriate for every person. You agree to provide accurate information requested during screening and to follow instructions, posted safety rules, and equipment requirements. Elysian Renew may postpone, modify, or decline an experience when there is a suitability or safety concern.

Medical clearance may be requested for certain circumstances or experiences.

• Keep contact, screening, and appointment information reasonably current.

Wellness experiences affect people differently. Elysian Renew doesn't guarantee a particular result, timeline, level of improvement, or continuing benefit. Testimonials and personal stories describe individual experiences and aren't promises that another person will have the same outcome.

6. Discovery, memberships, prices, and availability

The Discovery Experience, memberships, individual services, prices, duration, inclusions, scheduling, and availability may change. Current written details presented at booking or enrollment control over older promotional or website descriptions. Membership terms should be reviewed before enrollment, and asking about Community Access doesn't assure placement.

7. Appointments, changes, and payments

Appointment, cancellation, lateness, refund, package, membership, and payment terms shown during booking or provided at purchase are incorporated into these terms. Review them before confirming a transaction. Elysian Renew may correct obvious pricing or description errors before completing a transaction, consistent with applicable law.

8. Third-party services and links

This website links to services operated by others, including GlossGenius for booking. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, accessibility, security, and availability. Elysian Renew doesn't control those independent systems and isn't responsible for their content or operation. A link isn't an endorsement of every statement or service on the linked site.

Elysian Renew aims to keep information useful and current, but website content may contain an error or become outdated. Contact the team when a current price, inclusion, preparation instruction, suitability requirement, or policy matters to your decision.

Any limits that apply to paid services may also be stated in the agreement or acknowledgment for that service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a concern directly. Any venue or dispute provision must remain consistent with rights that applicable law doesn't permit a business to waive.

Elysian Renew may update these terms as the website or business changes. The effective date will be revised when changes are made. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.
